The residents of Big Brother VIP 4 did not hesitate to create tense situations at home, as the protagonists were the singer Rozana Radi and the moderator Gerta Gixhari.
A clash occurred between them due to the discussion of whether or not they both really knew each other from the outside.
Rozana insisted that she does not know Gerta from her life outside the BBV house, but the latter denies such a thing, claiming that the singer knows her every challenge she has gone through in life.

Gerta: S’kë pyetur, por e di që e di! Nuk më vjen mirë që thua ty nuk të njoh fare
Rozana: Po s’të njoh moj motër.
Gerta: A e njeh Jozin më shumë se mua?
Rozana: Fare.
Gerta: Atëherë a e di një informacion më tepër për mua se sa për Jozin?
Rozana: Po ç’më duhet mua.

Rozana: Çfarë atëherë? Dëgjo, kur thua unë jam në televizion, ti duhet të dish edhe të dëgjosh.
