According to the lawsuit, 37-year-old Sean Deering was one of about ten men hired by the music producer for the crazy parties he was throwing. The men's "task" was to have sex with Diddy's then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
As he admitted, Sean Combs had met him at a popular hotel in Beverly Hills, as well as at an apartment in Los Angeles, which he believes belonged to Cassie. He even said that during these meetings, the only people in the room were himself, Diddy and Cassie Ventura. “It was just me, him and her. Cassie was always very upbeat, the kindest and most respectful person. She was honest throughout this whole experience,” he said.
In an interview with People, Dearing says he's not interested in publicity and emphasizes that the only reason he revealed his identity was to give some credibility to Cassie Ventura's story. "I want the best for her, because she's a strong lady. She's amazing and most of all, I want her respect," he noted.
He added that he met with Diddy and Cassie Ventura about 12 times, and among other things, said that the rapper seemed uncomfortable during their meetings. "It was like he was in an awkward position. He never touched me," he said, while clarifying that he had never seen any physical abuse from Combs towards Ventura.
