Turjan Hysko has spoken about the professional obstacles and desires or jealousies he has felt from ambition throughout his 20-year career in the media. In Dalina Buzi's podcast, he expressed his admiration for Dritan Hoxha's work with Top Channel, the only television station he has not yet joined, for a number of reasons that he explained during the interview:
"One of the professional obstacles I have is that I haven't known Tan Hoxha. In terms of structure, I'm talking about. I haven't yet gone to Top Channel, to close the full cycle of television."
Turjani was also open about the television shows he would like to present, such as "Magic Song", "Big Brother" and "Top Fest":
"When I watched Top Fest, Këngë Magjike or Big Brother, I was overcome with sadness. Arbana was fantastic, Ledioni was very good at her thing, Goni with Amin, with Xhemi they were very strong with Portokallië, Arditi is beyond question. I would watch them and get really angry, because I knew I had the capacity to 'bite' that scene. I would just get really angry, the next day I would go back to work.
To be honest, when I saw Arbana, Ledion, who was doing Top Fest back then, I felt jealous, a lot. Because I knew how music worked. I felt jealous then, not now. I left [television] because I had nothing else to do. […] I'm not going back to television without having a third job.”
