The 28-year-old man from Tirana, who was sentenced to prison for stalking Rozana Radi, has not been able to enjoy his freedom. He became 'obsessed' with the lawyer of prison 313 during his stay in solitary confinement and a year after leaving the institution, he ends up there again.
The lawyer has been "terrorized" by hundreds of messages and emojis with knives and bombs sent to her social network Instagram.
The report of the detention lawyer "Jordan Misja" returned the young man Egzon T. to the cell, for whom the Tirana Court decided to investigate the security measure "arrest in prison".
Referring to the court decision, the history of the persecution began in the summer of 2024. The lawyer of prison 313 reported to the Prosecutor's Office that she continuously, at all hours of the day, received countless messages on the social network Instagram, from fake addresses and profiles, without photos, without posts, asking her "who are you?"
In the same communications, the complainant was also sent emoji images, knives, and bombs, leading her to believe that the sender not only wanted to annoy her, but could endanger her life or health. Her attempts to 'block' these profiles proved unsuccessful, as the person created others within minutes and continued the abuse.
The situation changed in June 2025, when the lawyer suspected that the sender could be 28-year-old Egzon T. When she wrote to him on behalf of one of the profiles, he sent her a photo of his prison release sheet, dated 19.6.2024, in response.
According to the complainant, the suspect has been disturbing her and her family for months, causing her a constant and severe state of anxiety and fear for her own safety and that of her family.
During the hearing for the security measure, the 28-year-old denied the accusation, claiming that he did not know the lawyer, that he did not have a phone, and that he had not sent the messages.
