Albanian wrestler Zelimkhan Abakarov wins the bronze medal in the 61kg freestyle weight class at the European Wrestling Championships for adults, a tournament taking place in Bratislava, Slovakia.
In the bronze medal match, he defeated Moldovan rival Leomid Kolesnic 11-0, in a match that had no history and where Abakarov was significantly superior. Thus, he hung the bronze medal around his neck.
Earlier in the tournament, he had won 10-0 against Switzerland's Nils Leutert and then won 11-2 against Azerbaijan's Nuradin Novrozov. In the semifinals, he was defeated 5-2 by Armenia's Arsen Harutyunyan.
This is not the first time that Abakarov has honored the red and black colors, as he has also been declared world champion. An extraordinary wrestler, who is showing excellent form and preparation.
