Akil Gjakova "golden", Kosovo wins 3 more bronze medals in the European Judo Championship

Kosovar judoka Akil Gjakova won the gold medal at the European Judo Championship, which was held on Saturday at the Palace of Youth and Sports in Pristina.

In the end he competed against judoka from Italy, Manuel Lombardo. Kosovo has also won three bronze medals.

They were won by Nora Gjakova, Distria Krasniqi and Dardan Cena.

Both Nora and Distria are gold medalists at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics.

40 judokas from 26 countries of the world participated in this Championship.
