The alarm about Ardian Ismajli's condition has been short-lived at Torino. The Albanian defender, who was forced to leave the field during the Coppa Italia match against Roma after two strong blows to the same area of the foot, is in good condition and will be available to coach Marko Baroni for the next match.
Ismajli had been the protagonist of a very positive performance against the Yellows, but in the second half he was forced to request a substitution due to pain, making way for Maripan. The situation initially raised concerns among the technical staff and fans, but medical examinations carried out the next day confirmed that it was not a serious injury.
Torino's medical staff have ruled out complications, while the Albanian defender is expected to join the group normally in training sessions. His return is expected for the weekend, when Torino will face Roma again, this time in the championship match to be played in Turin.
