Ardian Ismajli can return to the starting line-up in this Sunday's match in Serie A where his Empoli play against Milan. But not as usual in the center of the defense of the team which is fighting for survival in the elite.
The media close to the club have revealed that coach Andreacoli, seeing the problems with consecutive injuries in the ranks of his team, has recently tried Ismajli in training as a left defender. An unusual role for the footballer of the Red and Black National Team, who usually plays in the center and occasionally on the right side of the back.
However, for Ismajli in these moments, every minute is important, regardless of the position, considering that in the last weeks he has been on the reserve bench for the Empoli team, as he was not preferred by the coach for the starting line-up.
