Jude Bellingham has not held back his anger after England's elimination by Argentina in the semi-finals of the 2026 World Cup. The "Three Lions" midfielder was involved in an incident shortly after the final whistle, as he slapped Argentine footballer Valentín Barco on the back of the head.
Footage of the incident shows Barco celebrating with teammates as Bellingham approaches and kicks him, causing tension between players from both teams. There were moments of pushing and arguing on the pitch, as players and staff members intervened to prevent the conflict from escalating.
The incident with Barca could cost Bellingham dearly, as British media report that FIFA may review the case and the possibility of a retrospective disciplinary measure is not ruled out.
