
The Commission of Discipline and Ethics in the AFL has decided to ban the entry into the stadiums of Albania, for an unlimited period of time, for citizens Pirro Gjok Fufi, Klejdi Alket Lamllari, Raid Lantan Kavaja and Mateo Thoma Gjoka.
Everything was decided after the violence in the match between Laç and Partizan in Laç. Also for the acts of violence in the Partizani-Tirana derby, which was played in "Air Albania".
Decision no. 6/1 of the Discipline and Ethics Commission of the AFL dated 25.09.2024:
The Commission of Discipline and Ethics after becoming familiar with the relationship of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the Local Directorate of the Lezha Police regarding the acts of violence in the match of Abissnet Superiore KF Laçi - FK Partizani held on 16.09.2024 at 16:00 at the stadium " Laçi" and with the Tirana Local Police Directorate regarding the acts of violence in the Abissnet Superiore FK Partizani - KF Tirana match held on 21.09.2024 at 20:00 at the "Air Albania" stadium, where violations of the legal provisions of article 48 et seq. of Law 79/2017 "On Sport" as well as after reviewing the presented documentation and discussing the issues as a whole based on article 59 et seq. of KDE
Set:
To prohibit the following persons from entering the football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where activities organized by the AFL are held for an unlimited period of time:
Pirro Gjok Fufi
Klejdi Alket Lamllari
Raid Lantan Kavaja
Mateo Thoma Gjoka
Based on Article 7 of the KDE, all members of the AFL who manage football stadiums are instructed to guarantee the implementation of this decision.
A copy of this decision will be forwarded to the State Police.
