The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL has published the decisions for the recent events in the matches of the Superior Category and the First Category. The behavior of the public was dealt with in particular, but there were also disciplinary measures for various protagonists such as leaders of Kukës, but also of Elbasan and Bylis, with a series of fines and suspensions.
The official of Kukës, Naim Halili, has been suspended for two matches, due to the protests.
Also, Tirana has been fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek, due to the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground. Vllaznia had the same fate, and for the same reason, was fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
There were also penalties for the Elbasani-Vora match, this match valid for the First Category. The challenge played at "Elbasan Arena" was quite hard-fought and there was tension, due to the very fact that both teams aim to be ranked first at the end of the season.
It cannot be left without mentioning the fact that the requests of various officials were accepted, while the negative response came to that of the official of KF Lushnja, Marius Sula, as it was judged as not based on the Code of Sports Discipline!
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
The official of FK Kukësi, Naim Halili, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The official of FK Kukësi, Oltion Kirnaja, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on Article 17/2/b of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
KF Vllaznia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on Article 17/2/b of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
FK Tomori, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 17/2/b of the KDS, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of the Criminal Code, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on Article 17/2/b of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of the Criminal Code, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
AF Elbasani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the Stadium "Elbasan Arena" according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
The official of AF Elbasani, Elton Guranjaku, for protesting the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The player of AF Elbasani, Armando Rami, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of the KDS, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities. In application of Article 34/1/3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, a partial suspension of the execution of the sentence is imposed after half of it has been paid. The conditional suspension period will be 6 (six) months.
KF Vora is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Elbasan Arena" Stadium, according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
The FC flag bearer, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the sports ground, based on Article 17/2/b of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of the Criminal Code, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of KF Bylis, Ermal Hasimaj, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The official of KF Bylis, Kostantinos Michailidis, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
KS Korabi, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDS, is warned that in case of repetition of the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the AFL.

Pranimin e kërkesës së kërkuesit Arbi Laçi. Klubi i Futbollit Dinamo, për dështim në ekzekutimin e vendimit nr. 2, datë 06.03.2023 të Dhomës Kombëtare të Zgjidhjes së Konflikteve, në bazë të nenit 29/1/b të KDS, i jepet një afat paralajmërues prej 30 (tridhjetë) ditësh për të ekzekutuar vendimin.
