Discipline fines Skënderbeu and 3 First Category clubs, one team is excluded from the Albanian Cup in the next season

The Discipline and Ethics Commission in the AFL has issued its latest decisions, which many clubs and players seem to have suffered.

Skenderbeu, Elbasani, Burreli and Flamurtari have been fined for wrong behavior of the fans and will pay a fine for the damages caused.

Also, Maliqi's team has been excluded from the Albanian Cup because they abandoned the match with Delvina and will also not be part of this competition next season either.

Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:

1. KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

2. AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

3. KF Burreli, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

4. The flag bearer of FC, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

5. The official of FC Besa, Romeo Bishdili, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ​​KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

6. The player of Shënkolli, Bledi Zefi, for violent behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.

7. The player of Shënkolli, Kristjan Ceku, for physical attack on the opponent, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 5 (five) matches suspension from activities.

8. KSSH Veleçiku player, Amarildo Kacaj, for physical attack on the opponent, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 5 (five) match suspension from activities.

9. The official of KS Besëlidhja, Alket Kruja, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ​​KDE, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.

10. The player of KF Shkumbini, Redin Malaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) weeks suspension from all activities.

11. The player of KF Shkumbini, Geri Selimaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) weeks suspension from all activities.

12. Lojtari i KF Shkumbini, Renato Toromani, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) javë pezullim nga te gjitha veprimtaritë.

13. Lojtari i KF Tirana U-17, Murselo Dërvishi, për sulm fizik ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 4 (kater) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

14. Lojtari i Dinamo City U-17, Dion Cara, për sulm fizik ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 4 (kater) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

15. Lojtari i Shkëndia TR U-17, Enoklid Rajta, për sulm fizik ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 4 (kater) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

16. Lojtari i KF Vllaznia U-17, Ersid Valikaj, për sulm fizik ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 4 (kater) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

17. KF Maliqi, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme për turin e parë paraeliminator të Kupës së Shqipërisë, kundër FK Delvina, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE dhe nenit 36/2 të Rregullores së Veprimtarisë Futbollistike, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0 dhe përjashtohet nga gara për sezonin aktual si dhe atë pasardhës të Kupës së Shqipërisë.

18. Celjen e hetimit disiplinor per aktivizimin e mundshem nga KF Apolonia U-19 te lojtareve qe nuk kane te drejte te luajne, mbi bazen e ankeses se FC Internacional Tirana U-19.

19. Çeljen e hetimit disiplinor per deklaratat e publikuara ne media nga FC Besa ne perfundim te ndeshjes kunder FC Korabi.

20. Rrëzimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të KF Valbona, Mateus Levendi, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës Sportive.
