It may seem somewhat absurd, but it is true, a ticket to see the match between Germany and Spain has gone up to 12 thousand euros. For the quarter-final of "Euro 2024", scheduled for Friday in Stuttgart, the prices have gone to the "stratosphere" for a match with great expectations, which, however, does not justify such figures.
The newspaper "Bild" talks about this, referring to retailers. There is even talk of tickets ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 euros for less privileged places or far from the field. In Germany there is great anticipation for the match for some kind of revenge against Spain.
The "Red Fury" eliminated the Germans in both 2008 and 2010. Both times they won the tournament, namely the European Championship and the World Cup. Germany have not beaten Spain since 1988, 36 years in total. It has been a long time since the last success, which is why the challenge against Spain is so important.
