Elbasan has secured qualification for the semi-finals of the Albanian Cup, after defeating Partizan with a score of 1-3 in the quarter-finals. The match took place at the “Arena e Demave” stadium, where the yellow-blue team managed to get an important victory over the red team.
After the end of the match and the final whistle of referee Eldorjan Hamiti, there were moments of tension on the field between the players of both teams.
At the center of the incident were Emiljano Musta of Elbasan, a former Partizan player, and the Reds' player Saliu Sembene. The situation became tense for a few moments, while staff from both teams intervened to calm the players and avoid escalating the conflict.
There are no reports of other incidents or immediate disciplinary measures, and it remains to be seen whether the relevant authorities will take action following the incident.
