Paris Saint-Germain has confirmed its dominance in European football, retaining the title of Champions League champion.
The team led by Luis Enrique triumphed for the second consecutive season in Europe's most prestigious club competition, after defeating Arsenal in the final held on Saturday in Budapest.
The final was fought until the last minutes and the winner was determined only after penalty kicks, where the Parisians showed more precision and composure.
According to international media reports, PSG players are expected to benefit from a bonus of around 1 million euros each for their success in the Champions League.
French newspaper L'Equipe reports that the bonus structure was negotiated by a group of four players with leadership roles in the squad: Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha.
According to the same source, the triumph over Arsenal has brought one of the largest bonus packages distributed by the club in recent years, reflecting the importance of this success for PSG.
