Fulham does not give up the services of Armando Broja. The Cottagers are ready to make a new and improved offer for Chelsea's Albanian striker, to bring competition to Mexican Raul Jimenez.
The Londoners offered 25 million pounds in the first proposal, but the Blues want a figure closer to 35 million pounds. The discussions between the clubs are expected to start again, as Fulham wants to strengthen the team with the Albanian striker at all costs.
Broja is highly regarded by Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino, but the club's management have been forced to sell recently as a result of the FPF. This very reason has forced Chelsea to sell another academy product like Conor Gallagher.
If Fulham manage to pay 35 million pounds for Broja at the end of the season, this figure is considered enough to let the 22-year-old go free. Several teams in the Premier League have expressed interest in the Albanian striker. Like Wolves, West Ham or Crystal Palace, but so far Fulham has taken the most concrete steps.
