Gigi Buffon marries sports journalist, couple say 'I do' in gorgeous villa

Ilaria D'Amico and Gigi Buffon got married and are now husband and wife.

"Yes" was said yesterday among the hills of Luça, in Versilia, in front of 250 guests.

The wedding of Gigi Buffon and the sports journalist took place in a private ceremony in the Lucca area, in a magnificent villa of the sixteenth century with a wonderful panorama of the hills.

Among the guests at the ceremony were many from the world of football but also well-known faces from the entertainment industry: Monica Bellucci, one of the bride's witnesses, accompanied by her partner Tim Burton, chose a dark pantsuit. Benedetta Parodi in a floral dress by Giada Curti.

Luciano Spalletti, Giorgio Chiellini, as well as Bonucci and Barzagli were present.
This is Buffon's second marriage, as he was previously married to Czech actress Alena Šeredová, a marriage that ended in divorce.
