The Commission of Discipline and Ethics at the AFF has made the decisions for breaking the rules during the last week in Albanian football. Numerous fines in Superiore, but also exclusions due to incorrect behavior.
The club of Laçi has been fined 300,000 lek for the wrong behavior of the fans, while the fans from Kurbina have to play 4 matches without the latter. President Pashk Laska was also punished with 4 matches.
On the other hand, Tirana was fined 100,000 lek for wrong behavior of the fans. Likewise, Elbasan, but the fine for the yellow and blue team is a full 400,000 Lek due to the insulting chants and flares thrown on the field.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1- KF Laçi, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the field of play and not guaranteeing the safety of the match officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/2/b and 17 /2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL and the conduct of 4 (four) matches without spectators.
Pursuant to Article 58 of the Activity Regulations, KF Laçi is ordered to send for approval the list of officials who will stand in the stands, to the match delegate, at least 48 hours before the start of each match until the end of the punishment.
2-The official of KF Laçi, Pashk Laska, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity. Pursuant to article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.
KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) lek.
KF Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
3- AF Elbasani, for misbehavior of spectators by throwing objects on the field of play, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices as well as choruses and insulting messages, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 17 /2/e of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) ALL.
AF Elbasani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
4- KF Burreli, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repeated failure to take measures to implement the rules of the game causing delays, he will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and the Ethics and Regulations of the AFL.
5- The official of FK Pogradeci, Anesti Lipo, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials, after the end of the match, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
6- FK Kukësi, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity, causing delays in the start of the match, as well as for the wrong behavior of the spectators, lighting pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/1/b and 17/2/ c of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
7- Dismissal of the request of the player Aleks Dedgjonaj of KF Burreli as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
8-Rejecting the request of the official Andrit Bici of KF Gramshi as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
