We, as coaches of the national team, have it very difficult because we almost have matches once every two months and the players are active in their clubs. Every time they come, I ask them to give their maximum, because the entire U-21 staff has been waiting for a match for two months and I do not allow any tolerance, both in terms of discipline and tactics. But always, mistakes in thinking are a big problem, or underestimating the opponent. We should not allow these things in the team, because we are a team that has qualified for the European Championship as the host country, and every friendly match for us is the European Championship, and San Marino is the European Championship.
