Adrian Bajrami may be reflecting on his decision to represent Switzerland, a choice made just a few months ago. The footballer had long been under the watchful eye of Albanian national team coach Silvinjo, who aimed to include him in the squad.
However, Bajrami decided to ignore Albania's call and choose Switzerland.
A recent development may have changed the situation for the player. Switzerland coach Murat Jakin has published the list of players gathered for the matches in March, where Bajrami does not appear among the selected ones.
His absence from this list is considered a negative signal for his role and prospects in the Helvetic team.
Meanwhile, part of the Swiss roster are several other players of Albanian origin, such as Granit Xhaka and Ardon Jashari, who continue to be an important part of the team.
