The attacker from Gjilan was visited by the wife of the hero of Kosovo and at the same time the legendary commander of the KLA, Agim Ramadani. Daku, in the goal scored against Poland a month ago, dedicated the goal to "Katana", the nickname by which Agim Ramadani was called during the war.
The tattoo engraved on Daku's body made the rounds of the media, with Shukrije having met the footballer. A promise kept by both, which comes just two days before the match against the Czech Republic.
"Nice meeting with Mirlind Daku and the athletes who make us proud! There are no borders in the national team, there we have ethnic Albania! Good luck guys, you priests, blessed and successful", wrote Shukrije Ramadani on the Facebook social network.
This requested meeting took place and she also received a national team jersey with a special inscription. In addition to Daku, the family members of the legendary war hero in Kosovo also met other members of the Albanian national team.
