Through an official announcement on the AFF website, it is announced that the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, after being acquainted with the report of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the Durrës Local Police Directorate regarding the acts of violence in the “Abissnet Superiore” championship match KF Egnatia – FK Partizani held on 03.04.2025 at 19:00 at the Arena Egnatia stadium, where violations of the legal provisions of Article 48 et seq. of Law 79/2017 “On Sport” were found, as well as after reviewing the submitted documentation and discussing the issues in their entirety based on Article 59 et seq. of the KDE
DECIDED :
1-To prohibit the following persons from entering football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where activities organized by the Albanian Football Association take place for an unlimited period of time:
Redon Kujtim Dine
Joneld Dionis Green
1-Based on Article 7 of the KDE, all members of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) who have football stadiums under their administration are instructed to guarantee the implementation of this decision.
1-A copy of this decision shall be forwarded to the State Police.
It is worth noting the fact that both of the aforementioned people are Egnatia fans.
