The former Brazilian goalkeeper, Bruno Fernandes, in 2010 terrified the planet with the monstrous crime he committed. He killed his girlfriend Eliza Samudio, who gave birth to a child that the footballer did not want to accept, and then threw her body to the dogs.
At that time Bruno was playing for Flamengo, his career was on the rise and there was speculation that he would be transferred to Milan in Italy.
Before her death, a disgruntled Eliza sued Bruno and the player made a monstrous plan to kidnap her with the help of his cousin to commit the crime. After the murder, he threw his girlfriend's body to Rottweiler dogs... Bruno was arrested, admitted everything and was sentenced to 22 years in prison.
He tried to commit suicide twice in prison, but was interrupted in 2017 when he was released to the general dismay of Brazilians in particular.
" What happened, happened. I made a big mistake, one of the biggest in my life, but mistakes are part of life. People want to bury my dreams just for one mistake, but I asked God for forgiveness and now I have to continue my sports career ," Fernandes said in 2017, after being released from prison.
After that, Bruno Fernandes returned to professional football and defended the goal until 2022 and after the end of his career, he shocked everyone again when he started working with athletes to improve their mental skills.
