The tickets for the matches of the Albanian national football team in the finals of "EURO 2024", which will be held this summer in Germany, have appeared on the black market. Even though UEFA had announced that in order to protect the fans, the tickets were checked electronically, something like that did not happen. It was the football body in Europe that took over the sale of all tickets on its website.
A simple Google search brings up many of the European matches that are already quoted on the black market. The prices are salty and from 30 euros that were the prices for a normal ticket in the fan area, now on the black market they reach 500 euros.
The Italy-Albania match is valid for group B of "EURO 2024", and will be played on June 15, 2024 at "Signal Iduna Park" in Dortmund.
Different sellers offer different options, of course with "salty" prices and several times the normal ones. In the case of a ticket that should have cost 30 euros on the UEFA website, where millions of such tickets were sold, on the black market the cheapest has a price of 165 euros, while in other sectors of the stadium the prices are higher. high.
Also, in the "Premium" category at the stadium, for the group match a ticket cost 200 euros, on the black market it has a price of 1,039 euros. Apart from the matches of the Albanian national team, such problems have been encountered by many countries that are trying to protect fans from extortion.

Recently, such a problem was also raised by the Croatian Football Federation, which in agreement with UEFA, will ensure the direct purchase of tickets intended for Croatian fans for a part of the most loyal fans according to the system that has been applied to the matches the last qualifier.
Thus, for each match in the group stage, the 500 fans with the most attendance at national team matches in the last five years will receive information in their e-mail about the possibility of buying up to two tickets directly through the UEFA ticket portal -s, except lot.
500 tickets for each group stage match will be dedicated to fan associations of the Croatian national team fan club, who will receive information about the possibility of direct ticket purchase in their e-mail in the same way.
Thus, as a protective measure in Croatia, they demand that there be no abuses with the prices. We remind you that UEFA for the first time in this championship applies a system according to which fans of all national teams will have 10,000 tickets available for all group competition matches, regardless of the capacity of the stadium where the matches are played.
Any fan, through an account on the UEFA website, could apply until 12 December 2023 (second phase) and could reserve up to four tickets. A selection in order will then result in confirmation e-mails going out to ticket holders in the coming weeks during 2024.

The first and second phase of ticket sorting is over. According to UEFA, there were around 20 million applications for around 1.2 million tickets that were distributed before the draw in the first round of applications.
After the preliminary round groups were determined on December 2, the next phase followed, in which about one million tickets were released. A further 500,000 tickets will go on sale after the play-off round in March. In total there are about 2.7 million tickets for the 51 matches of the tournament. All tickets are personalized and will only be in digital form to avoid any abuse.
Over 1.2 million tickets were made available in the first round of EURO 2024 ticket applications, which ran from 3 October to 26 October 2023. The tickets were distributed through a lottery process on the UEFA portal. For the second round tickets there is still no final distribution, with applications having closed.
