The coach of the National team, Silvinho gave an interview to the Brazilian media "OGOL" where he commented on the success achieved by the National Team in the last qualifying edition of the European Championship, the first place in Group E and the qualification to the "Germany 2024" finals.
The Brazilian technician said that a great job has been done through the database in the Albanian Football Federation, from where the attacker, Jasir Asani, who stood out with his beautiful and decisive goals in the qualifying challenges, was also discovered.
" The secret is in the interpretation of the data. The database is awesome. Technology helps us a lot. All of us who work in football must be prepared to interpret the data and things have become simpler. Where does it come from, how does it come, who is the opponent, what happened, how did it happen - we filter the data and then start work on the field ", - said the coach of our national team first.
Furthermore, the red and black technician also explained the differences between daily work in a club and in the national team.
" This makes you even crazier (waiting for the matches of the national team). They are two different jobs. Football is obviously the same, but management is different. Imagine having a match prepared in great detail and having to wait another month to start working with the players. So you will have to look for other ways to manage the situation and even go into more detail. It is true that in a club you have images of what you want, training and mistakes during a training session, then the match where the player made mistakes or not. So the process in a club is shorter, while in a national team you always say: 'I don't have time'. So the only way is to work even more with video analysis ", said coach Silvinjo.
Silvinho's analysis continues with the way footballers work in a national team and says that care must be taken to avoid mistakes.
" At least half of the players undergo a screening process through videos. You have to be very precise and understand what is being said: 'I know your team plays this way, your coach asks you for these things'. Therefore we must be very careful to avoid mistakes. We are careful not to enter into the methodology of other works. And the footballer has to understand that you know what happens to him on the other side. It's complex, it's hard work, but this is how you find yourself in a national team ", - concluded coach Silvinjo.
