
The friendly match between the Albanian U-21 National Team and the United States representative for this age group, scheduled to take place on March 30 in Antalya, Turkey, has been canceled.
The news has been confirmed by the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF), which announced that the meeting will not take place due to the situation created by the conflict in the Middle East.
According to the official announcement, the US Soccer Federation has informed the Albanian institution that, for security reasons and due to developments in the region, it has decided not to travel to Turkey. As a result, the development of this friendly match has become impossible.
Meanwhile, the Albanian Football Association (AFH) has announced that it is considering the possibility of finding another opponent for the Albanian U-21 national team, with the aim of holding a friendly match on the same date, March 30.
Before that, on March 27, the Albanian U-21 National Team will play another friendly match in Antalya, where they will face the Japanese national team.

The US Soccer Federation has notified the Albanian Soccer Federation that, due to the situation in the Middle East and for security reasons, it has decided not to travel to Turkey, making it impossible to hold this friendly match.
Meanwhile, the Albanian Football Association is considering the possibility of finding another opponent for the U-21 National Team, to play a friendly match on the same date, March 30.
Also, Albania U-21 is scheduled to play the first friendly test of March against Japan U-21 on March 27 in Antalya.
