After a three-year period at the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF), Fulvio Pea has announced the end of his collaboration. The Italian expert, who had held the position of Technical Director since November 2022, has decided not to renew his contract with the institution.
Pea came to Albania with extensive international experience, including engagements at Inter and in Chinese football, being considered an influential figure in the technical and organizational development of football.
His appointment was made with the aim of bringing a new approach to the management of Albanian football structures. Under his leadership, the main focus was on the development of youth teams, the training of new coaches and the identification and monitoring of talents at home and abroad.
During this time, Pea has collaborated closely with the national team staff and regional academies, serving as a coordination point for the technical sector.

" After three intense and deeply meaningful years, my journey as Technical Director at the Albanian Football Federation has come to an end.
Not continuing with the renewal was a well-considered decision, but one that I carry with me very consciously. These have been challenging, sometimes complex, but extremely formative years, which have allowed me to grow not only as a professional, but also as a person.
I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to President A. Duka, who for me represented much more than an institutional guide: a true Maestro. His faith, his vision, his teachings and his example have had a profound impact on my journey and will remain an important reference for my future.
I thank the Federation for the opportunity and all the people with whom I have shared this journey.

His departure creates a void in the leadership structure of the technical sector in the Albanian Football Association. So far, the Federation has not made the name of the successor public, but an official decision is expected in the coming days.
This development comes at a time when Albanian football is focused on maintaining positive results in the international arena and integrating young players into national teams.
