A year ago today, a terrible tragedy shook Albanian football! The forward of Egnatia, Rafael Dwamena, died after cardiac collapse on the field during the duel with Partizan.
The 28-year-old from Ghana lost consciousness in the 25th minute of the challenge and was immediately taken to the hospital. But despite the help, the footballer did not manage to survive as he passed away, shocking the entire sports opinion.
Although a year has passed since this serious event, Dwamena is still remembered by everyone for the wonderful player he was on the field and the fantastic man off the field, reports OraNews.
He was also remembered by his former teammate, Alen Sherri, who after his debut in Serie A with Cagliari, posed with a jersey with Dwamena's photo: Rest in peace, captain! Also by Renato Malota and Albano Aleksi.
