The coach of Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, is not only thinking about football, as now the Italian must also face the Spanish state.
The 64-year-old is being investigated for tax evasion, since Ancelotti did not declare 400,000 euros in 2014, much of which came from image rights. A case which has just started, but has received the attention of the Spanish media.
The Revenue Agency believes that it has suffered damages of nearly 400,000 euros. The investigating judge explains that Ancelotti himself has accepted the facts and has already pleaded guilty to the crime he is accused of. Not surprisingly, in his courtroom deposition, he attributed the incident to being "badly advised" by his tax advisors.
The process that will take place soon will be closed with an agreement in which the technician will accept a penalty with the corresponding fine, which is the amount missing in Taxes.
