Lamin Jamal is the true example of precocious talent. He made his debut for Barcelona on April 29, 2023, when he was just 15 years, 9 months and 16 days old, becoming the youngest player to wear the Blaugrana shirt. At 17, he won the European Championship with Spain, at 18, he was a strong candidate for the “Ballon d’Or”, finishing second behind Dembele.
Another example of early talent is Boris Becker, the former German tennis player, winner of 6 “Grand Slams”, including 3 “Wimbledon”, still the youngest to have won “Wimbledon”. Now Becker gives advice to Jamal in an interview for “TakSport”: “ Lamin is amazing, he is winning everything. He is the best young player in the world. He reminds me of myself when I was 17, I want to turn on the alarms for him ”.
Becker advises the Blaugrana talent to be careful with his company and surroundings: " Lamin comes from a modest family, now they are rich. Many people will approach him for interests, he has lost his privacy. He needs to have two or three serious people around him, choose his friends and rely on his family to build a safety net ."
