Egnatia triumphed on the road against Tirana, in the match valid for week 1 of the Abyss Superiore. The match, held at the “Selman Stërmasi” stadium, ended 0-1.
The only goal of this duel was scored by the champions' striker, Bakayoko. The latter found the net in the 27th minute, thanks to a penalty. It is worth noting that the white and blue team looked for the goal a lot, especially in the last 20 minutes, but they did not find it.
Thus, Egnatia moves to second place with 25 points, the same as the leading Elbasan. On the other hand, Tirana remains in last place with only 7 points after 13 matches.
The other match, between Bylis and Dinamo, ended with a goalless draw. A very hard-fought 90 minutes, where the ballers were more demanding, but they failed to find the net.
For Dynamo, it is another step "back" in the standings, as it is now the 4th match without a win in the Superiore. Meanwhile, the Balshiites receive 1 point after 2 consecutive losses.
After this draw, Dinamo holds 5th place with 20 points, exiting the "Final Four", while Bylisi is in 8th place with 13 points.
