
UEFA has not been spared in its disciplinary measures for the incidents between Albania and Poland, assigning a super fine to the AFL, but also ordering the conditional closure of the stands behind the gate at "Air Albania" for the next meeting.
After imposing a 44,000 euro fine for all the various violations that were found throughout the match at "Air Albania" and that are related to the Albanian fans or to the poor organization of the AFL itself, UEFA decided to close the two stands behind the goal of stadium for the next match. But this closure will be conditional, as it will come into effect only if other violations of this type are found in the next two years.
UEFA decisions:
To fine the Albanian Football Federation €30,000 and to order the partial closure of the Albanian Football Federation stadium (i.e. the entire north and south stands) during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which the Albanian Football Federation Football plays host to fireworks, throwing objects and acts of vandalism. The partial closure of the said stadium is suspended for a trial period of two (2) years, starting from the date of this decision.
Albania:
To fine the Albanian Football Federation with 14,000 euros for blocking public crossings.
To warn the Albanian Football Federation about the inappropriate behavior of its team.
To warn the Albanian Football Federation about the prohibited advertising of sponsors on bags.
To warn the Albanian Football Federation for not respecting the minimum medical requirements.
To warn the Albanian Football Federation for the insufficient organization and failure to implement a proper ticket distribution strategy.
To warn the Albanian Football Federation about unauthorized media on the field.
Poland:
To fine the Polish Football Association €15,000 and to prohibit the Polish Football Association from selling tickets to its fans abroad for the next match (1), for throwing objects and lighting fireworks. This ban on the sale of tickets is suspended for a trial period of two (2) years, starting from the date of this decision.
To fine the Polish Football Federation with 5000 euros for acts of damage.
To order the Football Federation of Poland to contact the Albanian Football Federation within 30 days to pay for the damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for the broken chairs.
To warn the Polish Football Association about the misconduct of its team.
