Troubled days for Spanish football embroiled in a series of endless scandals and controversies that have flared up in recent hours, after the latest saw the sad protagonists of four Real Madrid youth players accused of distributing material sexual without authorization. The matter is being investigated following a complaint by the mother of one of the girls involved.
On Thursday, September 14, the scandal involving Real Madrid led to the arrest of four very young players, three from Real Castilla (second team) and one from Real C (third category).
The allegation is one of the worst and most defamatory: they had recorded and then distributed videos in which they filmed intimate relations with minors, without any consent from the girls involved. Even if the relationship appears to have been consensual and therefore there is no charge of violence, the crime of public dissemination of private content of a sexual nature remains.
Thursday was particularly intense at Real Madrid: It all started with the arrival of several Guardia Civil patrol cars at the Valdebebas facilities, the training center of all 2Los Blancos2 teams. Officers were looking for several young football players who were suspected of recording a sex video with a minor and then distributing it to friends and acquaintances.
Agents of the Guardia Civil cordoned off Valdebebas so that no one could get out and immediately contacted the Kanteras managers, forcing everyone present to gather in some limited places and taking advantage of the surprise factor.
All to prevent any manipulation of the cell phones of the accused players and therefore the deletion of messages or other files. So they proceeded with the arrest: a total of four boys (3 from Castile and one from Real C).
The identity of the four boys from Kantera was kept secret by the authorities, who never released the names of the accused. However, soon a series of rumors and leaks would reach the Spanish media as the names spread. These would be 4 players aged between 18 and 21 (all adults): Raul Asensio, Alex Aleman, Andreas Kampos and Borja Alonso.
If the details were to be confirmed, the scandal would be even greater for Real Madrid, because it would involve a player who has long been considered a great promise for Kantera Blanka: Raul Asensio. The 2003-born had recently received his first Spain Under-19 call-up and was the subject of last summer's transfer window, coming close to suiting up for West Ham and Leeds, then opting for a one-year another in Kastija.
