The "iron hand" comes after the unrest in European competitions, UEFA

UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Committee has been very harsh in recent decisions, most notably with Bayern Munich and Olympique de Marseille.

In the case of the Germans, in the match against Lazio in Rome on February 14, there were flares, throwing of objects on the pitch by fans and a red card for Upamekano. UEFA has decided to punish the Bavarian club, banning them from selling tickets to their fans for the next match they will play on transfer in UEFA competitions.

Bayern also received an amount of 10,000 euros for the items on the field and 40,000 euros for lighting the pyrotechnic devices. On the other hand, Marseille have been fined for the events after the first match against Shakhtar Donetsk on February 15. UEFA fined the French 50,000 euros and banned the sale of tickets to its fans in the next transfer match in UEFA competitions
