Sokol Kushta has given a very interesting confession in "Soccer Talk Podcast".
In a conversation with the well-known coach Skënder Gega, the history of the career of the icon of Vlonia football was discussed.
Kushta shows more of his time in Greece and the approach the Greeks took towards the Albanian players, activating them on the field like Vorio-Epirot, when they were not called "foreigners".
" In 1991, I fled to Greece. I had no connection with the Greek language at all. A pre-contract was made with Olympiakos.
In Greece there was a friend of mine, embassy secretary. It was expected that the championship would end here, it took 4 games to end the championship, but Flagurtari had emerged as champion.
One day, I don't know how I woke up and said to my father: "Send me by car to Kakavija because I will escape." It was Monday.

There was a manager, not a literal one, but a manager who gathered all of us Albanians, Lekbello, Josa, me and about 12 players.
Out of the 12 players, the only one who played as an Albanian was me, all the others played as vorio-epirot. This is a fact, 12 players who were the cream of Albanian football have played as Vorio-Epirotes, only me as Albanians ", said Kushta.
