Journalist Klodiana Lala has provided new details from the massacre that took place in Shkodër, with three killed and one injured.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Lala said that the police have declared two people wanted, one of whom is Izmir Sakica.
Lala said that Shkodra is controlled by crime and that the police are on the scene.
"The event shows the collapse of the state, the failure of the police, a massacre that frightens the citizens. The investigations are on the spot. It is not the first time that the police and the prosecution of Shkodra are on the spot. It is known that Shkodra is under the power of crime. The police have identified the victims , but not the alleged perpetrators.
It is an event that, unfortunately, will reignite and create strong unrest in Shkodër, if the state will not be present. Hamza Lici, the main target, is the younger son of Mustafa Lici and the brother of Ibrahim Lici, a problematic person, in conflict with the Bajrit group.
