SP MP Xhemal Qefalia showed in Studio Live the performance for which he was invited to SPAK today.
He gave clarifications as a witness for the event of January 21, 2011, where 4 protesters were killed by the opposition of the time, the Socialist Party.
Qefalia was on the boulevard in front of the prime minister's office and says that in SPAK he expressed his belief that the souls of the 4 killed will find rest after justice is done.
"To testify as a person in the know about January 21, 2011 where 4 people were killed. I gave the testimony, I hope very much and there is conviction seeing the seriousness of SPAK. I am convinced that there will be a punishment for the souls of those 4 protesters to get comfortable. This was my testimony to SPAK officers," said the SP deputy.
Furthermore, Qefalia adds that no one should be afraid of the new justice, since after all all the deputies have voted for it.
"Actions against senior government leaders, which are presented to the prosecution body, of course when there are such actions, I do not hesitate to make comments. It would be good if such actions were carried out in a normal way. I am not a partisan of the use of violence, whoever it is, but how long have we believed in this justice, everyone should be justified and answer. There is no reason to be afraid, because as far as we know, no one from the SP has a political shield and says I am from the SP saying no I will be investigated", he said.
Kefalia also shows the beginning of the joke with Alibeaj after he left SPAK.
"Alibeaj said I was at SPAK, yes I was there to testify about that situation with 4 killed. And I told him jokingly you would have been there and shown you the guard or up on the terrace. The truth when the final decision comes out. The moment the court determines that we are dealing with guilt, then we talk and analyze", said Qefalia.
