A 13-year-old girl attempted suicide in the city of Korça after being bullied by her peers.
The minor jumped from the third floor of the building where she lived, and a day later, the Korça Police announced that they had placed her mother under investigation. It is learned that the latter had insulted and hit a 13-year-old girl, who was suspected of bullying her daughter.
Landi Gura, the citizen who saved the 14-year-old girl yesterday, recounts to "Report TV" the dramatic moments when he managed to intervene in time.
"I was at the club at the moment, I heard voices and I came, I left my glass of cognac because I had taken a single and when I went there when I looked she was about to jump. I went in front of her, I saw her as my niece because she was small, I went out to her... She fell into a sheet metal there, from the sheet metal she fell into my arms, but luckily her head didn't hit the cement there and she survived, she was lucky and so was I.
"I just cut my hand there and a little pain in my shoulder but not too big, just a little. All those men here and no one came to help, I myself, on my own initiative, entered like those eagles and waited for him. As much as I could," he said.
