The former president of the Court of Cassation, Zef Brozi, says that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has not changed his behavior for 32 years and does not respect the institutions of justice, referring to his visit to SPAK and the insult he made to the prosecutors.
In an interview for "Ora e Fundit" on ABC News, Brozi said that January 21 is a terrorist act, organized by Sali Berisha.
According to Broz, SPAK should investigate this issue as soon as possible. Brozi added that Lulzim Basha, who was the interior minister at that time, should become an associate of justice.
"Berisha, who attacked SPAK with the wildest words, showed that Berisha has been incorrigible in these 32 years. I knew him in the difficult years '94-95 and he has not changed for the better. Berisha is anti-state, destructive of justice, denigrating and threatening prosecutors who do not obey him. Berisha does not know state, law, institutions. He didn't know them then, only if you obey him, you are good with Berisha. If you follow the law, you become Berisha's enemy. It is the same anti-rule of law mentality that has brought justice to be feared. But thank you SPAK, the USA, the majority and the internationals who are encouraging SPAK, justice.
The file must be sent to SPAK as soon as possible. SPAK has the right and competence to investigate January 21. The subjects to be investigated are senior officials.
