The statements of the former Prime Minister Berisha after leaving SPAK that he asked the prosecutors, seem unbelievable to the lawyer Rezart Kthupi.
In an interview for "Report TV", the lawyer said that it never happens that a prosecutor allows you to ask questions, let alone answer them. According to him, Berisha's statements are in the framework of political rhetoric.
"Today Berisha, regardless of why he does not recognize the authority of Spak, on the basis of the schedule that Spak had set, he was forced to be taken from his house and went to face the two prosecutors. He asked and was asked. Today, Berisha may have communicated to the prosecutors a measure of obligation to appear at the street of hope every day at six o'clock. So they switched roles.
