I have a contract and will work here for two years. I am paid well here. I will receive 350 euros per month and I am happy. The work is very good. I like the people in Vlora. Food and accommodation are free for us," says one of them.
Another worker says that he works in a factory that produces shoes: " Here we work in a shoe factory. The work seems good. The salary we get for us is good. We get 350 euros. This salary in India is enough, very good."
From the data provided, it results that about 1,000 citizens from India have been employed in the Vlora region in recent years. The employment is mainly in sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, tourism and construction.
