The mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, will appear before the court tomorrow, to face the accusations of SPAK for falsification of the decriminalization form.
Although the CEC refused to remove his mandate, SPAK found him guilty, as Hajdari hid a conviction in Greece.

The defendant Kreshnik Hajdari faces justice the next day for the accusation made by me as a lawyer, of the residents of Sinec in the village of Lumas Kuçovo and the former MP Lefter Maliqi.
The Special Prosecutor's Office, after investigating our complaint, found that Hajdari has consumed elements of the criminal offense of falsifying forms more than once, this offense provided for by Article 190/2 of the Criminal Code.
Article 190/2 of the Penal Code provides for punishment from 6 months to 5 years of imprisonment. This legal provision does not provide for fines or other alternative punishments.
Soon the defendant Kreshnik Hajdari will be sentenced, and at the same time the defendant Hajdari will be a cellmate with Safet Gjicin.
The defendant Kreshnik Hajdari will be tried the next day, 10.01.2024 at 12:00 at the GJKKO by judge Elsa Ulliri.
The next day, residents of the village of Lumas Kuçovë will also participate in the session, who were determined to finish their legal battle against the defendant Hajdari.
