The Secretary for Economic and Financial Affairs of the Freedom Party, Petraq Milo, has commented on what happened to the head of PL, Ilir Meta.
Asked how true the rumors are that Mr. Meta is aggressive in prison, Milo said that none of this is true, and he is very calm.
Milo: Mr. Meta has been performing political functions all this time, why stop him without proving his guilt without evidence. We have always used innocence only as a slogan. If he is presumed innocent, why stop him?
Journalist: Do you think that the arrest of Mr. Meta will affect?
Milo: Definitely a leader is a leader. The party will not stop its functions, it will continue the analyses. What is more serious is a public trial. I don't understand the comments that talk about justice, then we make it a public trial. Here we no longer leave justice in their hands. Mr. Meta is in court, he is facing it there.
Journalist: The media has been discussing a lot in the last two days, how is the former President coping with this situation?
Milo: Absolutely nothing, he has regular meetings with the people he meets. They are helping him with his personal things. At least from what Mr. Blushi says, it is in very bad condition, there is absolutely nothing.
Journalist: Is it speculation that he is aggressive?
Milo: For me in my judgment there is a stability. All this is political for him, there is no such sign.
