Ervin Hodaj, director of the Directorate of Serious Crimes in the State Police, when asked about the security situation in Shkodër, denied that there are areas where the police do not have them under control.
Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit", Hodaj, former police director in Shkodër, said that the recent incident in Dobraç with 4 victims is serious and is being treated with care by SPAK.

Ylli Rakipi: In Shkodër there are bases of criminal organizations where it is said that the police cannot enter. How strong is the crime there?
Ervin Hodaj: I don't believe it is so. There is no place where the Shkodra police do not enter to dominate the territory. Shkodra has been a problematic city. They were treated by the police, they were arrested. All these people we are talking about have been arrested several times by the police and this battle continues. The last event is serious, it is being handled with care due to its sensitivity, but I think that after the transfer of this file to SPAK, the scope of the investigation will be wider. We are working and will have concrete results in the coming days.
Ylli Rakipi: There are doubts that the third person in the massacre of Dobraci is Ibrahim Lici.
Ervin Hodaj: It is not important to identify the third person, it is not the most important part of the investigation. Even for the public.
