One of the most voted candidates in the May 11 elections is Sara Mila of the Socialist Party in the Elbasan district, who received over 20,000 votes, ranking first in this district.
The opposition has made numerous accusations that Mila and the SP were helped by Suel Çela and his gang.
Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, stated that there are five investigations for Elbasan, while SPAK has carried out concrete investigative actions regarding persons suspected of having favored Sara Mila.
"Suel Çela is the head of a criminal organization targeted by SPAK. There is an arrest warrant for him. Some members of his group have been arrested, others are on the run.
SPAK exercised control over several figures, including institutional officials and other leaders, as a way to influence or weaken those exponents who were suspected of working in favor of Sara Mila.
The suspicions are that there was involvement of Suel Çela's group. The suspicions, because then the court determines it. The wiretapping and surveillance in the area, I told you that checks were carried out on Luan Tabaku. There are concrete checks, phone checks, in the context not only of drug trafficking but also suspicions of electoral crime. This issue is ongoing and the conclusion of the investigations must be awaited.
What impresses me is, how is it possible that a lady with no contribution to the SP, who has hardly done any political activity, received over 20 thousand votes? I raise this question as a citizen, that is, people with contributions to politics, such as Fatmir Xhafaj, Erion Braçe, have not reached the figure of 20 thousand votes. The case of Mrs. Mila is not similar to the case of Mrs. Tabaku, who headed the commission for incinerators. Sara Mila should come forward and say what contribution she has.
There is an official investigation, SPAK will say what the outcome will be.
