Starting from this Wednesday, until September 10, travelers who have flights from "Mother Teresa" airport, must show up three hours before to check-in.
The announcement was made by Tirana International Airport, due to the increased number of passengers during this period.
"Tirana International Airport would like to inform you of an update regarding the check-in and security process at Tirana International Airport (TIA) from today until September 10.
To ensure smooth travel and to accommodate additional passengers during this period, we would ask all passengers to arrive at the airport at least 3 (three) hours before the scheduled departure time.
Please consider the possible additional time required for baggage check, security checks and any unforeseen circumstances that may develop.
This measure aims to improve the overall travel experience for all passengers. As always, your safety and comfort remain our top priorities. By arriving early, you allow us to carry out the necessary procedures quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to serving you during your trip from Tirana International Airport," the announcement states.
