Analyst Preç Zogaj has spoken about the Ongology scandal at QSUNT. He said that the investigation will reveal all the dimensions of the scandal and the implication of all the people involved in this scheme.
Zogaj said that this event is an insult to the entire health system, to all those doctors who are at the service of the citizens.
He continues by saying that justice must go to the end of the scandal where all the implicated persons will be exposed.
"But even the health system, not being an isolated island, is not outside of that capillary corruption.
We had never heard of this scheme in the health system, but it is similar to that scheme '5D', it is a crime with cooperation. I believe that justice will go to the end of the scandal, it will expose all the persons involved.
Criminal responsibility is individual, but beyond it, there is another responsibility, related to administration, related to the proper functioning of institutions, related to political responsibility. It is exaggerating a lot by saying that it is personal responsibility, but this also includes the leaders, since how can these things happen without the responsibility of the leaders, what do these leaders do", said the analyst.
