Journalist Lavdrim Lita, commenting on the recent actions to demolish illegal constructions in Tirana, said that this has brought uncertainty to business owners.
Lita announced that the action began as a test run, starting from the 'Air Albania' stadium, where it was said that the removal of tables and business equipment was necessary for security reasons for the matches.
He also mentioned the situation in the Delijorgji area, where all business activities were blocked and workers were forced to close their doors without any warning. Lita stressed that this has left about 300 workers unemployed.
"The part of the actions started with a test run that was held at the 'Air Albania' stadium, which was said to be necessary for security reasons for the match, while businesses were forced to remove tables and everything they had, until they understood the real reason.
Today they rebelled in the Delijorgji area, locked all the things inside, left them and told them to destroy them because we no longer have work. There are almost 300 workers of these businesses who have been left without work because the owners said they cannot work like this, as they come without warning.
"I think something very serious has started with business owners who are insecure about their property or their business, because something unexpected comes and they say, 'Get out of here,' because the prime minister ordered it from a meeting at the municipality ," Lita told 'Euronews Albania'.
