This justice must appear in front of the jury and answer: Is it true that Ilir Beqaj bought SPAK prosecutors with cash to get out of this affair unscathed?
There are many things wrong with this new justice of ours, but today another unheard of precedent was set, just as dangerous as several others from a few weeks ago. Finally, after 3 years of investigation, many interrogations and hints, SPAK has decided to act on one of the biggest scandals of this country: the concession of sterilization in health.
If you don't remember exactly, it is about giving 100 million euros to a completely unknown man, called Ilir Rrapaj, owner of 40% of the shares of a company with a capital of 1000 euros. Zero experience, zero guarantees, but 100% connection with the government of Albania, the Minister of Health at that time, Ilir Beqaj and of course Bablok - no matter how much he comes out and wriggles between statements alla "responsibility is personal" they are cracking the "hot potatoes" a from one to the other.
So this Illyrian of Health gave this Illyrian, owner of 400 euros in business, a concession of 100 million euros for 10 years. In return, this Illyrian, who came to Albania after a long experience as a homeless refugee in Italy, would sell every used surgical set to Albanian hospitals for a full 400,000 lek. That process that the hospitals did themselves and no one had complained, those devices that the Albanian state could modernize with 1/10 of the amount they gave to this Ilir who came from abroad, the health monster of that time, Ilir Beqaj himself gave it with concession.
And it didn't end there, no! What the health specialists at the time unmasked the most happened: the 10 million did not come out and every year the company brought much higher bills than the "specialists" had predicted. It got to the point where, no more than a year ago, the successor Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu, ordered the cessation of operations. Only urgent ones would be done. The bill had flown into the stratosphere, Ilir's profit, once the owner of 400 euros, had reached 2.5 million euros per year and in total it was expected to spend 20 million euros more than what Ilir Beqaj had told the meal.
Bingo!
When it takes less than two years for the concession to end and that little Iliri put at least 120 million euros in his pocket, after the big and small stood up and gave numerical facts that this was more than theft, the justice decided to act.
But how? Arrested that Ilir, once the owner of 40% of a company with a capital of 1000 Euros and the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodjan Rjepajn. The adjectives are similar, but they are not the same thing. They are connected only by fate: the first has played the owner on behalf of the government mafia, the second is serving prison instead of the boss.
Does this formula remind you of anything? It is typical mafia widely applied in structured criminal organizations. The master kills, but the servant goes to prison.
Shkon në burg Rjepaj. Pse? Po Beqaj? Çfarë do të ndodhë me atë që ka dirigjuar çdo koncension në shëndetësi? Çfarë do të ndodhë me Ilir Beqajn që edhe kur nuk ishte më ministër mbikëqyrte dhe urdhëronte për çdo faturë koncensioni të lëshuar? Do të lihet i lirë Ilir Beqaj? Vërtetë do të tregohet kaq e guximshme kjo drejtësia e re shqiptare? Vërtet këta prokurorë mendojnë se shqiptaret do ta hanë sapunin për djathë duke besuar se një zv-ministër me çelësat e kashtës në qafë paska firmosur qindra milionë euro dhe Padronët e vet nuk dinin gjë?
Nëse është kështu, kjo drejtësi duhet të dalë vetë para trupit gjykues dhe të përgjigjet: A është e vërtetë që Ilir Beqaj ka blerë me para në dorë prokurorët e SPAK që të dalë pa lagur nga kjo aferë?
