Former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj were arrested by order of SPAK for the sterilization concession worth 100 million euros. Journalist Klodiana Lala has revealed new details about the two arrested for the sterilization concession.
She said that Rrapaj and Rrjepaj had a close friendship with each other and according to her they have deceived the institutions by not declaring their acquaintances. Lala said that investment would be made for 18 more sterilization centers in several districts.
The journalist further emphasizes that this investigation is not complete without holding Beqaj accountable, as the Court has guided the Prosecution regarding the investigation, saying that there may be elements of a criminal offense for high officials in the documents, also mentioning the name of the former minister. "Ilir Rrapaj had a close friendship with Klodian Rjepaj. The institutions were deceived by not declaring the recognitions. 18 sterilization centers in the districts would also be invested. This is not a complete investigation.
The court approved the prosecutor's requests for 8 security measures. The court guides the prosecution in relation to the investigation and tells them that in some acts there may be elements of a criminal offense for high officials such as Beqaj.
